I Take Great Pride In My Work, Striving for High Quality!
I strive to only use the best quality materials when designing and making my jewelry. I seek to find the best artisans in the USA, England, Germany, other areas of Europe, and Australia via Facebook and Etsy with all my mediums ... Mother Nature's gemstones (precious & semi precious), Lampwork Glass, Enamels, ceramics, porcelain, polymer clay beads, other metalsmith components, etc. I use many Artists that make OOAK Beads and Components that are top quality. So many of these beads are difficult for me to part with for different reasons; but I can only wear so many pieces of jewelry. Plus. I've become a bead hoarder. Having been chronically ill hasn't helped me in that area, as I amassed A LOT of beads when I was unable to create my jewelry. LOL Hello, I'm Monica; and I'm a bead addict!
In all seriousness, I want my customers to love their pieces as much as I love creating them. If for any reason a customer isn't happy, I'm not happy. Please contact me ASAP so we may reach a mutually satisfying resolution. Thanks!
Shipping/Handling (Domestic and Intrn'l), Methods of Payment, Returns, etc.Shi
1. METHOD OF PAYMENT : I accept PayPal or major credit cards thru PayPal. (Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover), Square, and EGift cards.
2. SHIPPING/HANDLING : I ship via USPS: **DOMESTIC** First Class, includes tracking ($3.50 for what fits in a 9x6 padded envelope), then it goes to FLAT RATE GROUND PRIORITY, includes tracking and $50 in insurance ($7.80 Small Box, as much as will fit in box). You may request EXPRESS PRIORITY; but know it costs up to $ 30.00. **INTERN'L** CAN : $10.50 and ROW $14.50-$18.50, depending on location. My processing time : 1-3 days at most, usually 1-2 days. My items are OOAK Designs and cannot be replicated if lost or damaged while in the hands of the postal service. While I want my customer's to be as happy as I am with creating their designs, I can't be responsible for what happens once the package exchanges my hands to the carrier's. I will do my best to find a satisfactory solution that benefits both of us. In the case of a lost package, I will assist you in trying to locate it. FOR INTERNATONAL CUSTOMERS : You are responsible for any extra taxes, fees, VATS imposed by customs imposed by your country beyond shipping and handling. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or any issues resulting from failure to pick up a package from customs.
3. RETURNS/EXCHANGES : If you're unhappy with your purchase, you have 11 days from receipt of package to contact me and 30 days to return item in it's original condition, box, and well protected from damage, for a refund/exchange. If purchase should return damaged, a loss of value will be deducted. Unless item was upon recept defective, buyer is responsible for return shipping. In the case of a defect, upon receipt of item, please send me a message describing the defect with a clear photo of the defect. If it can be repaired, I'll happily pay return shipping to repair your piece of jewelry. If unable to be repaired, I'll offer an exchange or refund. Being one of a kind designs, I'm unable to replace. *** REGARDING THE REPLACEMENT OF EARRINGS : For Hygienic reasons, a $5 restocking fee will apply to returned earrings due to having to replace the existing ear wires with brand new. The existing ear wires are no longer useable. Thanks

ORDER PROCESSING: It takes me 1-2 business days, 3 at the most, to process your order and mail it, once your payment has cleared. I will then mail your package as soon as possible.

SHIPPING : I ship my packages USPS. ***DOMESTIC*** FIRST CLASS ($3.50), which includes tracking (at times I offer free DOMESTIC shipping upon eligibility); (FLAT RATE GROUND PRIORITY IF PURCHASES WON'T FIT IN FIRST CLASS ENVELOPE ($7.80), which ALSO comes with $50.00 insurance. International First Class : CAN ~ $10.50; ROW ~ TBD, but can range from $14.00 - $18.00+ US dollars dependent on location. Any overages in S&H fees will be refunded. I do combine shipping for more than one item, up to what will fit in a Flat Rate Priority Box. Please request insurance before invoice, or extra ins above the $50 offered with Domestic Flat RAte Priority, if you want more coverage. ****International Customers : PLEASE be aware that you'll be responsible for ANY extra fees {taxes. VAT, etc.} imposed by your country's customs. This is in addition to S&H charges, which have gone up considerably with international shipping since USPS's price increase. You might want to contact your customs office and find out if and what those fees will be prior to purchasing. I do not offer International Express Priority. In the International Rates, See above for fixed and approximate International Shipping costs, which are INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS BASED RATES.

CUSTOM ORDERS : I'm happy to try and work with you on any custom orders you might have in mind. I'll always get your approval prior to shipping. Once a custom order is approved and in transit, I do not accept returns on those, either. Should you NOT be happy with what I make, tell me PRIOR to shipping (gently, please … *Wink*}; and there's no obligation. I can add it to one of my sellingsites.
RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS: Once a package arrives, the buyer has 14 days in which to contact me about returning it and reason for the return: then 30 days to return the package. The item must be returned as was received, especially if it arrived in a sealed package. EXCEPTION TO RETURNS/EXCHANGES : **EARRINGS,DUE TO HYGIENIC REASONS, will incur a $5 restocking fee if returned due to the need to replace ear wires;** CUSTOM ITEMS are not returnable once in-transit; and SALE ITEMS ... All sales purchases are final.
CANCELLATIONS : I do not take cancellations past 12 hours.
COUPONS : Only one coupon may be used for merchandise per purchase, the exception being free shipping coupons, if needed. Many of my promos will be higher than 10% off , so it's good to save your coupon.

What Motivtes Me?
First and foremost, the satisfaction of my customers; and that will always be number one. Yes, pretty jewelry does, too, as I've always been a girly girl. I REALLY got bitten by the bling bug working in a small family owned jewelry store while in High School during Christmas, While working as a Registered Dental Hygienist, which ended after 23 yrs due to Chronic Illness, my last employer introduced me to the art of jewelry design. I'll always be grateful to her for opening that opportunity for me to explore and build. Life doesn't always work out like we plan; but, where one door closes, another opens! Creativity is so wonderful and therapeutic for the mind , body, and soul. Einstein quoted, " Creativity is the mind having fun". TRUE! Still, I'm not happy if my customer's aren't happy. I want them to be as happy to wear my designs as I am creating them. My customer's are my testimonials, my walking advertisements, so you are a very major priority to me. NEVER hesitate to contact me with any of your questions or concerns. This is more than a "hobby" for me. I'm open to suggestions and ideas, too!
